We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items however, pre-transit order delays can happen for a variety of reasons. We'll send order update emails in real-time as inventory and procedures allow.
If you don't have your order after your 2 day delivery window has passed, use the below steps:
- Get in touch by clicking on the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Type in "delayed order" and click send
- Provide your Email & Order Number
A representative will be with you shortly to go over your order with you & see where the problem is. You can also check the status of your delivery by going to Track Your Order page.
Shipping and Carrier Delays
New estimated delivery dates are displayed in the order tracker. If your tracking information hasn't updated for 3 business days or it's 3 business days after your estimated delivery date, get in touch with us through the chat.
